  Waters from Suwannee River to Apalachicola FL from 20 to 60 NM...

At 831 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated several showers and
thunderstorms developing along a boundary over Apalachee Bay. As
additional showers and storms develop this morning and interact with
this boundary moving to the east-southeast, brief waterspouts are
possible.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should be prepared for waterspout development, and be
prepared to seek safe harbor and move safely away from waterspouts.
Special Marine Warnings may become required if any waterspouts
develop.
