LIBERTY AND NORTHWESTERN FRANKLIN COUNTIES THROUGH 330 PM EDT/230 PM
CDT/...

At 251 PM EDT/151 PM CDT/, Doppler radar was tracking a strong
thunderstorm 18 miles east of Stonemill Creek, or 19 miles northwest
of Carrabelle, moving southwest at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Kern, Wilma, Sumatra, Willis Landing, Twin Pole, Central City,
Dalkeith, Owens Bridge, and Fort Gadsden.
