Thunderstorms with locally heavy rain were located in Latimer, Muskogee and Sequoyah counties in Oklahoma. The precipitation was in the Fort Smith and Bentonville, Rogers and Fayetteville areas. Movement was to the southeast at around 30 mph. The average amount where it rained last hour was one tenth to one quarter of an inch with maximum amounts of an inch to an inch and a half. Coverage increased during the last hour.
