in Arkansas west of I49. Movement was to the south at around 30 mph.
The average amount where it rained last hour was less than one tenth
of an inch with maximum amounts of one tenth to one quarter of an
inch. Coverage increased during the last hour. The Tulsa area
forecast for late this morning and into this afternoon, mostly
sunny, areas of dense fog with temperatures 61 to 70 increasing to
71 to 74 degrees and north winds up to 5 mph.
