in Arkansas east of I49. Movement was to the east at around 30 mph.
Radar estimated precipitation amounts were less than a tenth of an
inch last hour. Intensity decreased during the last hour. The Tulsa
area forecast for early this evening, mostly cloudy then becoming
partly cloudy, temperatures 64 to 70 degrees with northwest winds up
to 5 mph.
