light rain and drizzle in Arkansas west of I49. Movement was to the
east at around 25 mph. The average amount where it rained last hour
was less than one tenth of an inch with maximum amounts of one tenth
to one quarter of an inch. Coverage increased during the last hour.
The Tulsa area forecast for overnight, partly cloudy, patchy fog
with temperatures 60 to 65 degrees and west winds up to 5 mph
becoming light.
