At 228 AM, National Weather Service radar detected scattered
showers and thunderstorms, some with heavy rain mostly in Nowata and
Craig counties in Oklahoma. Movement was to the southeast at around
15 mph. The average amount where it rained last hour was one tenth
to one quarter of an inch with maximum amounts of an inch to an inch
and a half. Coverage decreased and intensity increased during the
last hour. The Tulsa area forecast for late tonight and into this
morning, mostly cloudy, a chance of showers and thunderstorms with
temperatures 78 to 83 degrees and south winds 5 to 10 mph.
