At 742 PM, National Weather Service radar detected scattered
showers and thunderstorms, some with heavy rain primarily in Pawnee,
Nowata, Osage and Washington counties in Oklahoma. Movement was to
the southeast at around 20 mph. The average amount where it rained
last hour was around one quarter of an inch with maximum amounts of
an inch and a half to two inches. Coverage and intensity remained
about the same as last hour. The Tulsa area forecast for this
evening, partly cloudy then becoming mostly cloudy, a chance of
showers and thunderstorms. Some thunderstorms may be severe with
damaging winds and large hail.
