At 342 PM, National Weather Service radar detected isolated
showers, some with heavy rain generally in southeast Oklahoma and
also in Arkansas west of I49. They were most widespread and heaviest
in Leflore county in Oklahoma and Sebastian county in Arkansas.
Movement was slowly to the east at 5 to 10 mph. The average amount
where it rained last hour was around one quarter of an inch with
maximum amounts of an inch to an inch and a half. Coverage and
intensity decreased during the last hour. The Tulsa area forecast
for late this afternoon and into this evening, mostly sunny, a
chance of showers and thunderstorms with temperatures 84 to 91
degrees and northeast winds 5 to 10 mph.
