showers and thunderstorms, some with heavy rain mostly in Franklin
county in Arkansas. Movement was slowly to the east at 5 to 10 mph.
The average amount where it rained last hour was around one quarter
of an inch with maximum amounts of an inch and a half to two inches.
Intensity increased during the last hour. The Tulsa area forecast
for this afternoon, partly sunny, a chance of showers and
thunderstorms with temperatures 81 to 91 degrees and northeast winds
5 to 10 mph.
