This Outlook is for Northwest and West Central Arkansas as well as
much of Eastern Oklahoma.

SEVERE THUNDERSTORM.
RISK...Limited.
AREA...Northeast OK and northwest AR.
ONSET...Afternoon.

HEAVY RAIN.
RISK...Limited.
AREA...Much of eastern OK and northwest AR.
ONSET...Afternoon.

DISCUSSION...
Scattered showers and thunderstorms will be possible throughout
the day, but the most numerous and strongest storms will occur
during the late afternoon and evening. This is also the most
likely window for severe storms or storms capable of very heavy
rainfall. Initially warm temperatures this morning will fall
behind a cold front that will move through during the afternoon
and evening. Gusty northerly winds are expected behind the front.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

MONDAY...Thunderstorm Potential.
TUESDAY TO WEDNESDAY...No Hazards.
THURSDAY TO FRIDAY...Thunderstorm Potential.
SATURDAY...No Hazards.

EXTENDED DISCUSSION...
Showers and storms will continue Monday, gradually ending from
west to east during the day. Much cooler weather is also expected.
Another round of showers may occur Tuesday but the threat of
thunder is low. Additional showers and storms may form over the
area Thursday to Friday with temperatures remaining near to below
normal.
