much of Eastern Oklahoma.

    AREA...Northeast Oklahoma and Northwest Arkansas.
    ONSET...Late Morning.

DISCUSSION...
Breezy to occasionally gusty northerly winds will develop late
this morning and through the afternoon across northwest Arkansas
and portions of eastern Oklahoma. A few wind gusts between 30 and
35 miles per hour will be possible through sunset, especially in
the higher terrain of northwest Arkansas.

SPOTTER AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ACTION STATEMENT...
Spotter Activation Not Expected.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.
SATURDAY THROUGH THURSDAY...No Hazards.

EXTENDED DISCUSSION...
Upper level high pressure will dominate over the Southern Plains
this weekend and into next week, keeping tranquil weather
conditions across the region. A weak and dry cold front is
forecast to move through the area on Tuesday, cooling temperatures
off slightly through Wednesday. Hazardous weather is not
expected.
