At 837 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated the leading edge of strong
outlow wind ahead of thunderstorms along a line extending from near
Mannford to near Kiefer to 4 miles east of Coweta to 4 miles west of
Peggs. Movement was southwest at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down small tree limbs and blow
         around unsecured objects.
