This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southwestern
South Dakota.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

There is a marginal risk (level 1 of 5) of severe thunderstorms
today, meaning that isolated severe storms are possible. Primary
hazards include large hail and damaging wind gusts.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

There is a slight risk (level 2 of 5) of severe thunderstorms over
most of northeastern Wyoming and all of western South Dakota on
Thursday, meaning that scattered severe storms are possible.
Primary hazards include very large hail and damaging wind gusts,
possibly in excess of 75 mph. A tornado or two will also be
possible.

Spotter activation may be needed today.

Dakota and northeastern Wyoming.

There is a chance of thunderstorms this afternoon and tonight.
While organized severe storms are not expected, an isolated
strong to severe thunderstorm will be possible.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

There is a slight risk (level 2 of 5) of severe thunderstorms over
most of northeastern Wyoming and all of western South Dakota on
Thursday, meaning that scattered severe storms are possible.
