.DISCUSSION...
Warm and mostly dry conditions are expected across Western Alaska
through early next week, with highs in the 70s in most non-
coastal areas and minimum relative humidity values in the 30-40
percent range. Enhanced northerly gradient winds in the 10-15 mph
range are expected along a line extending from Ambler to Kaltag to
St. Mary`s today and Sunday afternoon. This afternoon, widely
scattered thunderstorms can be expected from Hughes to Galena to
McGrath, with isolated thunderstorms possible in most other inland
locations. Sunday will have another chance for widely scattered
thunderstorms in an area extending from McGrath to west of Hughes.
