.DISCUSSION...
Increasing southwest winds and dropping humidity will create critical
fire weather conditions on Monday afternoon. Winds will peak in the
late afternoon, when gusts to 35 mph are possible in unsheltered
areas. A poor to fair overnight humidity recovery is expected
tonight and again Monday night. Winds will decrease somewhat
Tuesday, but very low afternoon humidity will still create
elevated fire weather conditions.
