...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN MCKINLEY COUNTY
THROUGH 715 PM MDT...

At 640 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Yah-Ta-Hey, or 11 miles north of Gallup, moving north at 10 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Nakaibito, Yah-Ta-Hey, Rock Springs, Brimhall Nizhoni, Tohatchi,
Coyote Canyon, Twin Lakes, and Gamerco.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If threatening weather approaches your area, take shelter in a sturdy
building.
