.DISCUSSION...

No fire weather concerns in the near term. Winds will be light and
variable tonight through Saturday and then will return out of the
northwest on Sunday. Gusts up to 15-20 mph are possible for areas
west of the Missouri River on Sunday. Otherwise, expect isolated
showers and thunderstorms this afternoon which will quickly diminish
with the setting sun. As well as showers and thunderstorms tracking
from west to east across the region from Saturday morning to
Saturday evening. The severe threat is generally low, although a
stronger storm or two is possible along and south of US Highway 14.
