High pressure aloft strengthens through early next week, supporting
warmer and drier conditions. High temperatures top out in the upper
70s to near 80, accompanied by minimum RH values near 35 percent.
Light winds tonight and Sunday morning, increase from the southwest
Sunday afternoon before becoming northwesterly Sunday night and
increasing. Isolated thunderstorms possible this afternoon and
evening as the the thermal trough remains near the fire. No
thunderstorms are expected Sunday,but thunderstorm potential returns
Monday afternoon and evening as the thermal trough moves back over
the fire.
