At 146 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 6 nm southwest of Fish Hook to 10 nm west of Deal
Island, moving east at 45 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
         suddenly higher waves.

Fish Hook, Hot Dog Area Off Virginia Beach, Horseshoe, 10 Nm East Of
Virginia Beach Oceanfront, Rudee Inlet, Sandbridge, Buoy 4a Drydocks,
and Deal Island.
