damaging winds as the main threat. Activity will push mainly east of
the area by 3 PM.

   Severe Thunderstorm Watch.

Scattered severe thunderstorms are possible late morning through
this afternoon. The primary threat is for damaging wind gusts, though
localized flooding from heavy rainfall, isolated hail, and even a
brief tornado cannot be ruled out. Risk will push mainly east of the
area after 7 PM.
