Isolated flash flooding remains possible tonight due to repeated heavy rain. The area of greatest concern is across the High Peaks of the northern Adirondacks Mountains and areas of central Vermont that have recently received heavy rainfall. Localized south to southwest winds of 40 to 45 mph are expected today across the central and northern Champlain Valley and over parts of northern New York, which may cause a few power outages. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday. Strong, and locally severe storms, will be possible on Sunday morning through mid afternoon, with greatest chances across southern and eastern Vermont greater heating will occur ahead of a cold front.
