.DISCUSSION...
High pressure will build across the district tonight resulting
in diminishing winds. The high will then pass off the Mid Atlantic
coast Tuesday, bringing fair and warmer weather with relatively
light winds. Increasing moisture and warmth arrive for Wednesday
with a chance of showers and thunderstorms by late afternoon and
evening.
