Stronger westerly winds begin to develop tonight from the Twin Ports to the Outer Apostle Islands, leading to hazardous conditions for smaller vessels. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday Stronger westerly winds on Thursday will create hazardous conditions, mainly for smaller vessels.
