...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHERN LAKE COUNTY THROUGH 345
AM CDT...

At 315 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
White Iron Lake, or 7 miles southeast of Ely, moving northeast at 50
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Southern Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness, White Iron Lake,
Snowbank Lake, Birch Lake, Basswood Lake, Ensign Lake, Hudson Lake,
Kekekabic Lake, Bald Eagle Lake, Thomas Lake, Alice Lake, Gabbro
Lake, Knife Lake, Ojibway Lake, Farm Lake, Lake Polly, Lake Two,
Malberg Lake, Disappointment Lake, and Greenstone Lake.
