...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN COOK AND
NORTHEASTERN LAKE COUNTIES THROUGH 400 AM CDT...

At 326 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
southeastern Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness, or 26 miles
southwest of Gunflint Lake, moving east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Gunflint Lake, Sea Gull Lake, Little Saganaga Lake, southeastern
Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness, Hudson Lake, Brule Lake,
Cherokee Lake, Thomas Lake, Alice Lake, Lake Polly, Wine Lake, Phoebe
Lake, Kawishiwi Lake, Malberg Lake, Gabimichigami Lake, Sawbill Lake,
Long Island Lake, Gneis Lake, Alton Lake, and Winchell Lake.
