The Flood Watch is cancelled for portions of Illinois, including the
following areas, Bureau, Hancock, Henderson, Henry IL, McDonough,
Mercer, Putnam, Rock Island and Warren, Iowa, including the
following areas, Cedar, Des Moines, Henry IA, Iowa, Jefferson,
Johnson, Keokuk, Lee, Louisa, Muscatine, Scott, Van Buren and
Washington, and northeast Missouri, including the following areas,
Clark and Scotland.

Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to
heed remaining road closures.
