...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Iowa...

  Cedar River at Palo Blairs Ferry Rd affecting Linn County.

  Iowa River at Oakville affecting Louisa County.

  Cedar River at Cedar Rapids affecting Linn County.

...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Iowa...

  Cedar River near Conesville affecting Louisa and Muscatine
  Counties.

  Cedar River at Cedar Bluff affecting Muscatine, Cedar and Johnson
  Counties.

  Iowa River at Wapello affecting Louisa County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

The next statement will be issued by Saturday morning at 1015 AM CDT.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Cedar River at Palo Blairs Ferry Rd.

* WHEN...Until early Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 13.5 feet, Chain Bridge Road accessing the boat ramp
  is closed.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:15 AM CDT Friday the stage was 13.4 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    tomorrow evening and continue falling to 11.4 feet Monday,
    July 01.
  - Flood stage is 12.5 feet.

  - At 9:00 AM CDT Friday the stage was 12.7 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    late this afternoon and continue rising to a crest of 15.1
    feet Sunday evening.
  - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

* WHEN...From this evening to Monday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Minor Flood Stage. Agricultural land is
  flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:00 AM CDT Friday the stage was 13.9 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage late this
    evening to 17.4 feet tomorrow evening. It will then fall
    below flood stage late Sunday evening to 14.2 feet early
    Tuesday afternoon. It will rise to 15.4 feet Friday, July 05.
    It will then fall again and remain below flood stage.
  - Flood stage is 16.0 feet.

  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    Sunday afternoon to a crest of 22.2 feet Monday evening. It
    will then fall below flood stage late Wednesday morning.
  - Flood stage is 21.0 feet.

* IMPACTS...At 11.5 feet, River Road is under water and the water is
  a few feet up onto the levee.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:00 AM CDT Friday the stage was 8.8 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    Monday morning to a crest of 11.7 feet early Tuesday
    afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage Wednesday
    evening.
  - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.

* WHERE...Cedar River at Cedar Rapids.

* WHEN...Until Sunday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Water affects many residences in Cedar
  Bluff.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:00 AM CDT Friday the stage was 12.8 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will rise to 14.1 feet just after
    midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage late
    Sunday morning to 10.7 feet Monday evening. It will rise to
    11.9 feet early Thursday afternoon. It will then fall again
    and remain below flood stage.
  - Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
