  Cedar River at Vinton affecting Benton County.

  Cedar River AT Palo Blairs Ferry Rd affecting Linn County.

  Cedar River at Cedar Rapids affecting Cedar County.

  Cedar River near Conesville affecting Louisa and Muscatine
  Counties.

  Cedar River at Cedar Bluff affecting Cedar, Muscatine and Johnson
  Counties.

  Iowa River at Wapello affecting Louisa County.

  Iowa River at Oakville affecting Louisa County.

...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Illinois...

  Rock River near Joslin affecting Rock Island, Whiteside and Henry
  IL Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law
enforcement and request they pass this information to the National
Weather Service when you can do so safely.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

  - Recent Activity...The river is currently near crest.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    Sunday morning and continue falling to 11.2 feet next

* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Minor Flood Stage. Agricultural and low
  land flooding is ongoing. Water affects much of 22nd Avenue Road
  northwest of Vinton.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:15 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 13.5 feet and rising.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    late tomorrow morning to a crest of 15.7 feet early Friday
    morning. It will then fall below flood stage Friday evening.
  - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Cedar River at Cedar Bluff.

* WHEN...From late Friday night to early Monday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Water begins to affect access to the
  Sutliff Recreation Bridge. The lowest sections of West Rochester
  Ave north of West Rochester Road are also affected by water,
  limiting access to residents in the Rainbow Valley Subdivision.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:00 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 11.4 feet and rising.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    early Saturday morning to a crest of 17.8 feet early Sunday
    morning. It will then fall below flood stage Monday morning.
  - Flood stage is 16.0 feet.

    morning. It will then fall below flood stage next Wednesday,

  - At 7:00 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 7.8 feet and slowly
    rising.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    Monday morning and continue rising to a crest of 12.0 feet
    Tuesday evening.
  - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
