...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN ATCHISON AND
NORTHWESTERN HOLT COUNTIES THROUGH 915 PM CDT...

At 849 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Fairfax, or 10 miles southwest of Tarkio, moving east at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Tarkio, Rock Port, Fairfax, Craig, and Corning.

This includes Interstate 29 between mile markers 89 and 111.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM CDT for northwestern
Missouri.
