...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1100 PM CDT
FOR NORTHEASTERN MIAMI...SOUTHEASTERN JOHNSON AND WESTERN CASS
COUNTIES...

At 1012 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Belton, moving
east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile
         homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

Locations impacted include...
Overland Park, Olathe, Lee`s Summit, Belton, Raymore, Harrisonville,
Pleasant Hill, Spring Hill, Peculiar, Louisburg, Lake Winnebago,
Cleveland, Freeman, Lake Annette, Baldwin Park, West Line, Chiles,
Bucyrus, Stillwell, and Wagstaff.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM CDT for east central
Kansas...and west central Missouri.

building.
