Stronger afternoon and evening NW winds along with daytime minimum humidity below 30% with isolated areas below 20% will bring a slight risk for rapid spread of grass fires today and Thursday, especially in Southern Mendocino, and Lake counties. Portions of zone 283 will also experience similar conditions. Minor warming trend expected late this week into the weekend, with stronger warming likely early next week.
