.DISCUSSION...The marine layer remains fairly deep keeping the site
in clouds. This is expected to clear out mid to late in the morning.
Light or northeast winds will switch to the northwest and increase
around late morning as well. Conditions may be slightly warmer and
drier on Friday than Thursday. Gusts up to 15 mph possible with
afternoon daytime heating. Friday night the high pressure is expected
to compress the marine layer and may keep it below the site. Conditions
are expected to remain fairly persistent through the weekend with
much warmer conditions expected by the middle of next week.
