By Wednesday, increasing marine influence will greatly and quickly moderate conditions. Even without shade, the hottest valleys will see highs just around 80 with minimum RH above 40 percent. The valley will be mostly sheltered from the predominate northwest wind direction with only gentle, terrain influence northwest wind expected in the afternoon each day.
