Several structures are flooded and some sand bagging operations are continuing. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1102 PM CDT, emergency management reported heavy rain in the warned area due to thunderstorms. Flooding is already occurring. Between 8 and 16 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 4 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Sioux Falls, Sioux Center, Sheldon, Canton, Sibley, Rock Rapids, Beresford, Parker, Harrisburg, Tea, Rock Valley, Hull, Lennox, Sanborn, George, Centerville, Worthing, Larchwood, Inwood and Viborg. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
