This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for northwest Iowa, west central
Iowa, southwest Minnesota, northeast Nebraska, east central South
Dakota and southeast South Dakota.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Flooding surrounding area creeks and rivers will continue.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Flooding continues on many area rivers through the end of the week.

Scattered showers and a few thunderstorms return Thursday and
Friday. A marginal risk for severe storms will be focused west of the
James River valley late Thursday.

Further east, while severe weather is not expected, rainfall totals
may range from a tenth of an inch to a half inch by Friday morning.
This rainfall is not expected to worsen already ongoing flooding.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for central South Dakota, east
central South Dakota, south central South Dakota and southeast
South Dakota.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Localized flooding around area creeks and rivers will continue.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Flooding continues on many area rivers through the rest of this
week, though gradual declines are expected to begin in most areas.

Scattered thunderstorms return Thursday and Friday. There will be a
marginal risk for isolated strong to severe storms Thursday evening
and night. Risks in storms will be from quarter size hail and
isolated 60 mph wind gusts. Additional rainfall is not expected to
increase local flooding.
