...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of northeastern
Garfield, southern Valley and northwestern McCone Counties through
700 PM MDT
...

At 600 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 21
miles southwest of Tampico, or 23 miles southwest of Glasgow, moving
east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Glasgow, Nashua, Fort Peck, Fort Peck Marina, Tampico, Duck Creek Rec
Area, St. Marie, Vandalia, Park Grove, The Bentonite Plant, and
Whatley.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
