...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 700 PM CDT
FOR PHELPS...SOUTHEASTERN GOSPER...NORTHEASTERN FURNAS AND NORTHERN
HARLAN COUNTIES...

At 615 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 7 miles north of
Oxford, or 16 miles west of Holdrege, moving northeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
         roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Holdrege, Oxford, Bertrand, Loomis, Funk, Atlanta, Smithfield, and
Ragan.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM CDT for south central
Nebraska.
