...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT EAST CENTRAL SAN JUAN COUNTY
THROUGH 545 PM MDT...

At 513 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 15
miles west of Blanding, moving northeast at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Blanding.

This includes the following highways...
 U.S. Highway 191 in Utah between mile markers 42 and 59.
 Utah 95 between mile markers 89 and 121.
 Utah 275 near mile marker 0.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 900 PM MDT for
southeastern Utah.
