...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN WALLACE...WESTERN
THOMAS...NORTHWESTERN LOGAN AND SOUTHEASTERN SHERMAN COUNTIES THROUGH
130 AM MDT/230 AM CDT/...

At 102 AM MDT/202 AM CDT/, Doppler radar was tracking a strong
thunderstorm 10 miles northwest of Winona, or 15 miles south of
Brewster, moving northeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of northeastern
Wallace, western Thomas, northwestern Logan and southeastern Sherman
Counties.

This includes Interstate 70 in Kansas between mile markers 31 and 49.
