Temperatures warmed into the upper 60s to middle 70s.

For tonight, skies will turn cloudy with rain and a few thunderstorms
overspreading much of the region overnight. Low temperatures are
forecast to be in the 50s.

Rain and a few thunderstorms will continue Tuesday morning, then
gradually diminish during the afternoon before another round of
rain is expected to move across the area Tuesday night. High
temperatures on Tuesday will be held in check by the rain and
clouds, with readings only in the middle 60s to lower 70s.
