.DISCUSSION...A Heat Advisory will remain in effect through Monday
night. Afternoon humidity will continue to fall into the teens with
only moderate overnight recovery. Winds will remain diurnally driven
with afternoon breezes developing. Some tropical moisture will bring
a slight chance of thunderstorms over the high Sierra Nevada Tuesday.
