...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT SOUTHWESTERN RICHLAND AND
SOUTHERN CLAY COUNTIES THROUGH 315 PM CDT...

At 248 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Olney Noble Airport to near Xenia.
Movement was southeast at 10 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Flora, Clay City, Noble, Xenia, Parkersburg, Olney Noble Airport, and
Flora Municipal Airport.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 700 PM CDT for
south central and southeastern Illinois.
