...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 415 PM EDT
FOR NORTHWESTERN MORGAN...HENDRICKS...WESTERN MARION...SOUTH CENTRAL
BOONE AND EAST CENTRAL PUTNAM COUNTIES...

At 403 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Speedway to Plainfield to 9 miles west of
Mooresville, moving east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile
         homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

Locations impacted include...
Indianapolis, Plainfield, Brownsburg, Speedway, Mooresville,
Danville, Avon, Pittsboro, Meridian Hills, Clermont, Monrovia,
Clayton, Rocky Ripple, Fillmore, Coatesville, Lizton, Williams Creek,
Amo, Stilesville, and Wynnedale.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 65 between mile markers 117 and 128.
 Interstate 70 between mile markers 52 and 77.
 Interstate 74 between mile markers 56 and 73.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with these storms, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
