At 255 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 9
miles northeast of Homeland, or 10 miles north of Folkston, moving
northeast at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts around 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Waverly, Winokur, and Tarboro.
