Through 430 PM, a cloudline has developed across the nearshore waters mainly north of the Lower and Middle Keys. Showers within this cloudline are drifting east northeast at near 10 knots. This activity is capable of producing wind gusts of 20 to 25 knots and blinding downpours. In addition, conditions are marginally conducive for a waterspout within this line. $$
