LOGAN...WESTERN HOLT...CUSTER...EASTERN THOMAS...WESTERN WHEELER...
SOUTHEASTERN CHERRY...ROCK...LOUP...BROWN...GARFIELD...BLAINE AND
SOUTH CENTRAL KEYA PAHA COUNTIES THROUGH 315 AM CDT...

At 212 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Ainsworth to 14 miles northwest of Rose to
6 miles northeast of Brewster to Anselmo to 11 miles south of Arnold.
Movement was east at 50 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Broken Bow, Ainsworth, Burwell, Bassett, Taylor, Brewster, Atkinson,
Arnold, Stuart, Callaway, Sargent, Ansley, Merna, Long Pine,
Chambers, Mason City, Oconto, Anselmo, Dunning, and Newport.

This includes the following highways...
 Highway 183 between mile markers 73 and 208.
 Highway 20 between mile markers 217 and 301.
 Highway 2 between mile markers 224 and 307.
 Highway 92 between mile markers 241 and 308.
 Interstate 80 in Nebraska between mile markers 200 and 201.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

To report severe weather, contact your nearest law enforcement
agency. They will relay your report to the National Weather Service
office in North Platte.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 600 AM CDT for
north central Nebraska.
