348 FZUS63 KDTX 280134 GLFLH Open Lake Forecast for Lake Huron National Weather Service Detroit/Pontiac MI 934 PM EDT Thu Jun 27 2024 For waters beyond five nautical miles off shore on Lake Huron Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum. .SYNOPSIS...High pressure, 30.10 inches, progresses eastward and brings winds of 15-20 knots to Lake Huron. The next chance for showers and storms arrives with a low pressure system moving into the area on Saturday. Fresh northerly post-frontal winds will fill in behind the low pressure system.
