FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON Lake Michigan.

Waves are provided as a range of significant wave heights, which
is the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave, along with the
average height of the highest 10% of the waves which will
occasionally be encountered.

.SYNOPSIS...

A cold front will across Lake Michigan into this evening, causing
winds to shift northwest. Gusty northwest to north winds are then
expected tonight into Sunday. These winds will weaken Sunday
night into Monday, and generally become east, as high pressure
around 30.3 inches builds in from the Northern Plains.

The high will move east of the region Monday night, with
increasing southeast to south winds developing over the lake.
These winds may linger into Tuesday night, before a cold front
moves east across the region.

.TONIGHT...Northwest winds to 30 kt becoming north. Slight chance
of showers and thunderstorms this evening. Waves 2 to 4 ft
building to 4 to 7 ft occasionally to 9 ft.
.SUNDAY...North winds to 30 kt diminishing to 10 to 20 kt. Waves
4 to 7 ft occasionally to 9 ft subsiding to 4 to 6 ft
occasionally to 8 ft.
.SUNDAY NIGHT...North winds 10 to 20 kt diminishing to 5 to
10 kt. Waves 2 to 4 ft subsiding to 1 ft or less.
.MONDAY...Northwest winds 5 to 10 kt backing to southwest. Waves
1 to 2 ft.
.MONDAY NIGHT...South winds 10 to 15 kt increasing to 15 to 25 kt
overnight. Waves 1 to 2 ft building to 3 to 5 ft.
.TUESDAY...South winds to 30 kt. Showers likely in the morning,
then showers likely with a chance of thunderstorms in the
afternoon. Waves 4 to 7 ft occasionally to 9 ft.
.TUESDAY NIGHT...South winds 15 to 25 kt. Showers with a chance
of thunderstorms. Waves 4 to 7 ft occasionally to 9 ft subsiding
to 4 to 6 ft occasionally to 8 ft.
.WEDNESDAY...Southwest winds 15 to 25 kt. Waves 3 to 5 ft
subsiding to 2 to 4 ft.

.SUNDAY...North winds to 30 kt diminishing to 15 to 25 kt. Waves
5 to 8 ft occasionally to 10 ft.
.SUNDAY NIGHT...North winds 15 to 25 kt becoming northeast 10 to
20 kt. Waves 4 to 7 ft occasionally to 9 ft subsiding to 3 to
5 ft.
.MONDAY...East winds 10 to 15 kt becoming southeast. Waves 1 to
3 ft.
.MONDAY NIGHT...Southeast winds 10 to 15 kt increasing to 15 to
