For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...An expansive 30.3 inch high will extend to the eastern
Great Lakes from the New England coast through at least Tuesday. A
29.8 inch low over the Mid-Atlantic states Tuesday evening will
then slowly climb northwards towards the lake through midweek.
